A HEARTBREAKING CHOICE: Discussing and Sharing the Grief that Follows a Pregnancy Termination for Medical Reasons

Wednesday October 27, 2021

7:00-8:00PM

Virtual Zoom Meeting

What happens when you must face the unimaginable? Parents whose babies are given a life-limiting diagnosis in utero or who develop severe pregnancy complications are often faced with choices that they never thought they would have to make. These choices are overwhelming and painful and often leave parents feeling isolated in their grief.

During this workshop, we will have an open discussion about the grief that parents face during and after a pregnancy termination for medical reasons (TFMR). Participants will be invited to share their own stories and connect with others who have faced similar choices. This presentation is appropriate for those who are grieving a pregnancy termination for medical reasons or practitioners interested in learning more about this experience.

This event is offered free of charge, but participants are encouraged to make a donation to Full Circle.

Registration is required. Space is limited so please register early.  This program is open to Virginia residents only. QUESTIONS? Contact Holly Hamilton, at 804.912.2947, ext.109 or holly@fullcirclegc.org.
