Hands on Healing Group

Hands on Healing Family Groups are a way for loved ones to share their stories of loss, and connect with others. They explore feelings, develop healthy coping skills, and discover new ways to remember loved ones.

Full Circle provides art-based grief support services to children and families in Central Virginia who have experienced the death of someone significant to them.

Share your story of loss, explore your feelings, develop coping strategies, strengthen your communication skills, and discover new ways to remember your loved one by joining this 8-week Hands on Healing family group.

Open to children ages 3 – 17 and their adult caregivers, each session is facilitated by experienced professionals.

Organizational Update: Hands on Healing Groups

Unfortunately, we are currently facing funding uncertainties. As a result of these funding uncertainties, we have made the painful decision to place our Hands on Healing family group on an indefinite pause. Hands on Healing is one of our core programs, and we are deeply disappointed to have to make this decision.

Please know that while this moment is difficult, our commitment to providing grief support remains unwavering. We are actively exploring all avenues to secure new funding and offering programs for families in the future.

Thank you for your understanding. If you have any questions or are seeking information about additional resources, please reach out to Allyson Drake, M.Ed, FT, at allyson.drake@fullcirclegc.org or 804-912-2947.
