Registration Instructions
Below you will find instructions on how to register for Full Circle’s Individual Counseling services. While an estimate for average wait time can be hard to predict, our best estimate for those with daytime flexibility is approximately 1-2 weeks. However, the wait for evening appointments is closer to 4-8 weeks. Variables such as a client’s openness to self pay options and telehealth appointments can also help decrease the wait time.
1) Enter your contact information to create a client portal account.
2) Complete our inquiry questionnaire found by clicking the Forms button in the top left corner.
