Share your story of loss, connect with others, explore your feelings, develop coping strategies, and more in this ongoing group. Facilitated by experienced professionals, monthly sessions include group discussion and support, creative expression and resource sharing.

This group is held in-person at our center:

This group meets in-person, with rolling attendance and registration. Participants are required to meet with the program manager before attending their first session, but then can attend as many or few sessions as desired. With this new format, the group will allow for the flexibility of ongoing meetings, with the ability to meet in-person and form connections with other adults in Virginia.

Special note: Please know that our support groups are routinely offered several times during the year and that registrations are accepted on an ongoing basis.
