Kelly Keith is a seasoned professional in C-Suite executive support, with over 30 years of experience helping leaders thrive across corporate and nonprofit settings. She currently serves as Chief of Staff at ChurchSpring and has held executive assistant roles at national retail giants including CarMax and Circuit City. With a background in operations, cloud-based systems, and organizational strategy, Kelly approaches each role with steady focus and a heart for making meaningful progress.

Kelly’s connection to Full Circle Grief Center began in 2013 after the loss of her husband. As a newly widowed mother of two daughters, she turned to Full Circle’s Hands on Healing program for support. Her family’s journey through grief gave her a deeper understanding of the importance of Full Circle’s services—especially how they normalize grief and create space for connection in times of isolation. Inspired by the impact Full Circle had on her own healing, Kelly became a passionate advocate and long-time volunteer.

Today, she proudly serves on the Board, supporting Full Circle’s mission to ensure no one has to grieve alone. Her personal experience, combined with her professional background in executive leadership support, makes her a thoughtful and dedicated voice for families navigating loss.

Kelly and her husband Donnie live in Ashland, Virginia, and share a blended family of five daughters (four adults and one high schooler) and three preschool-age grandchildren. Known as “Glamma” to her grandkids, Kelly cherishes time with family. She and Donnie love traveling together, and she’s currently checking countries 10, 11, and 12 off her bucket list—driven by the reminder to “live her dash” with purpose, adventure, and joy.
