Office Relocation

If you’ve visited Full Circle’s offices over the last year, you’ve undoubtedly noticed the changes occurring to the landscape around us. Several buildings have been removed, businesses have relocated, and other structural changes have occurred. Recently, our building management company has announced plans for the construction of new mixed-use units, consisting of a combination of retail businesses and apartments, on the site beginning in 2026, resulting in the demolition of our current building. Meanwhile, Full Circle has experienced rapid growth in our staff, clients, and the number of programs we deliver, making physical space a consideration in our daily operations.

Because of these changes, we have made the decision to relocate Full Circle’s offices to a new location in Henrico County.

We recognize this change comes with many emotions, especially since we have been located at 10611 Patterson Avenue since the very beginning in 2008. However, we earnestly believe that this is the best choice for our clients, partners, and the community we serve moving forward.

Starting mid-February 2026, our new location will be 5511 Staples Mill Road, Suite 301 in Richmond, Virginia.

Our new offices will cover more than half of the building’s third floor suite, making for several much-needed improvements as our programs have grown far beyond what our existing walls can hold.

In this light, we’re excited to share that our new space includes:

  • A convenient central location for serving all of Richmond, with easy access to I-64, Willow Lawn, and the Bryan Park interchange
  • Improved access to public transportation while still remaining in Henrico County
  • A larger office space, with bigger group rooms and more natural lighting
  • Room for growth and the ability to bring family programming back into our space
  • Neighbors that include two other nonprofit organizations
  • Everything you’ve come to know and love about Full Circle

However, we realize that you, as our community, will have questions and concerns about how this change will impact you.

Please know that we will do everything within our power to ensure that this transition to our new space comes with a minimal disruption to our groups, individual counseling sessions, and clients.

Our commitment to providing care to grievers remains steadfast, even in the midst of such large changes. A Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section regarding the transition to Staples Mill Road is in process and will be updated as new information becomes available.

We hope you’ll find that most of your experience at Full Circle remains unchanged, and that you’re met with the same level of care, compassion and continued support regardless of our zip code. While we are sad to leave our current office space, we also believe that it’s our people that make Full Circle the special place it is and we look forward to greeting you at our new doorstep.
