Office Relocation FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Below are several questions that we’ve received from clients, group members, and community partners regarding our upcoming relocation and what it means for those we serve.

If you have additional questions that are not answered below, please feel free to reach out to us at info@fullcirclegc.org and we will direct your concerns to the most appropriate member of our team.

When is the date of Full Circle’s office move?

An exact date has not yet been determined based on some basic remodeling that needs to be completed, but we are aiming for mid to late February 2026, with the move occurring over a weekend to allow for minimal disruption.

Will Full Circle’s offices need to close for the transition?

Yes. Full Circle’s offices will likely be closed for approximately one week as we pack and unpack our space, allowing for therapists and staff to get settled and operational before serving clients.

What does this mean for Winter 2026 group members?

Winter group members will have minimal disruption to their 8-week groups. Exact plans will vary based on group and will be communicated by the group leader and program manager.

Will individual counseling sessions be impacted?

During the week of the transition, individual counseling sessions will either pause or move to telehealth, depending on the therapist and client. Individual counseling clients should contact their therapist with questions on how their sessions will be handled.

Do I need to update my insurance or other care providers?

No. Full Circle’s clinical and administrative staff will handle any updates or communications needed for insurance or other providers.

Is the new building ADA accessible?

Full Circle’s offices on the third floor are accessible by elevator. There is an accessible entrance on one side of the building, where we will be encouraging clients to enter.

Where can I park?

The building has ample parking available for daytime and evening clients, with safe entrances and adequate lighting for after-hours groups, sessions, etc.

What other changes can I anticipate as a client or group member?

If you are a current client or group member, you may want to consider commute times to our new location and how that might affect your travel to or from our offices. Especially for our west end neighbors, you may want to map out driving to our new location and add additional time for getting to your next appointment at our Staples Mill Road location.

What is happening to the remembrance rock garden?

Our remembrance rock garden will be coming with us to our new space. It will be displayed indoors, but new rocks will not be added to the garden. An alternative remembrance opportunity will be offered in our new space with details to come.
