Overdose and Substance Use-Related Loss Group

An 8-week grief support group for adults in Central Virginia grieving the death of a loved one due to accidental overdose or substance use-related loss. 

Share your story of loss, connect with others, explore your feelings, develop coping strategies, and discover new ways to remember your loved one. Facilitated by experienced professionals, weekly sessions include group discussion and support, creative expression and resource sharing.
