Russell (Rusty) is an IT Product Owner at Kinsale Insurance and has over a decade of experience in product and project management. Since 2008, he has used his expertise in process improvement, operations, and Agile/Scrum project management to teams at Capital One and CarMax before joining Kinsale in 2021. Rusty leads teams, interfaces with clients, and brings an overall enthusiasm to every role, including his role as a Board Member at Full Circle.
Having lost his father at a young age, Rusty knows better than most the value of grief support for young people. A desire to support these efforts brought him to Full Circle. When he isn’t hard at work on a Kinsale project or helping Full Circle with an upcoming event or initiative, Rusty can be found playing hockey, brewing beer, or spending time with his wife and their two children.
