Susan Patch joins Full Circle’s therapist team with an extensive background in counseling and the healing arts to bring a grounded, compassionate, and holistic approach to supporting people through grief. With decades of experience as a licensed school counselor and Full Circle group leader, Susan’s passion is helping people discover strengths and create transformational change.
Through her background in energetic healing work, Susan often utilizes mindfulness, guided meditation, breathwork, and creativity to strengthen resilience with her clients. Whether teaching classes, leading retreats, or companioning people through life’s greatest challenges, she shares her warmth, authenticity, humor with others in hopes of shining light in the darkness.
Susan earned both her Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Counselor Education and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University, and has completed additional post-graduate coursework in Rehabilitation Counseling. She enjoys the healing power of music, traveling to wide open spaces, putting boots on a trail in our National Parks, all things Scottish, making a mess of her kitchen with flour and spices, connecting with friends, and the constant companionship of her Jack Russell sidekick, Millie.
