An 8-week grief support group for mothers in Central Virginia grieving the death of a child. All grief support groups are offered free, at no cost to participants.
Share your story of loss, connect with other mothers, explore your feelings, develop coping strategies, and discover new ways to remember your child. Facilitated by experienced professionals, weekly sessions include group discussion and support, creative expression, and resource sharing.
