Margaret serves as the Development Coordinator at Full Circle, where she supports fundraising, donor connections, and community‑centered events. Before joining Full Circle, she worked within the Hampton Roads Workforce Council as the Program Coordinator for the Emerging Workforce Department. In that role, she created meaningful opportunities for young people by connecting them with professional development activities, career exploration experiences, and internship pathways designed to support long‑term success.
Margaret earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Christopher Newport University. She also completed a Nonprofit Management Certificate through Tidewater Community College, strengthening her skills in community engagement, program design, and organizational support. Outside of work, Margaret enjoys yoga, spending time outdoors, playing volleyball and rugby, meeting new people, watching classic sitcoms, and exploring local thrift shops.
