Nikhil is an enterprise leader and a visionary executive, who consistently drove pharmaceutical/ biopharmaceutical and consumer healthcare companies like P&G, Wyeth and Pfizer to world-class success, with extensive experience in discovery, development, in-licensing and launch of innovative products. He is recognized as an inspiring leader, strategic thinker, trusted mentor and a coach, and accomplished trailblazer with a strong sense of urgency, an entrepreneurial spirit and drive for success. He has demonstrated key strength of enterprise leadership through inspiring self and others to achieve stretched goals, managing expectations both vertically and horizontally, with effective communication and collaboration, making clear and timely decisions through stakeholder involvement, and developing talent across different organizations. Cumulatively, these skills, attributes and experiences have resulted in the launch of numerous innovative pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare products in US and globally and leading non-profit organizations to new heights.
Nikhil retired from Pfizer in 2017. Afterward, he established his consulting firm helping both start-ups and established companies in the Richmond area. He continues to volunteer both professionally and personally.
Nikhil held many executive positions in his 30 years of accomplished career in corporate America. He has over 20 years of leadership experience in strategic planning, analytical thinking, budget and resource management, managing professional staff and developing talents. He transformed innovative technologies into many successful marketed products for both prescription and Over-the-Counter pharmaceuticals and consumer healthcare industries. He led Asian Alliance, Female Leadership and Black Americans Diversity & Inclusion groups at Pfizer.
Nikhil Holds Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Georgia and M.S. and B.S. in Chemistry from the Bombay University.
