The Covid-19 Pandemic has dramatically altered everyone’s daily lives, including how professionals support people grieving the death or anticipating the loss of a loved one during these uncertain times.
Full Circle therapists are serving, adapting, and connecting to make our programs and services available to those who are grieving and need addditional support. We’ve opened up our virtual services to anyone in Central Virginia.
If you or someone you know is grieving and wants to learn more about our Telehealth Individual Counseling Services, please read the info below and watch the attached video. We are grateful you have found Full Circle and we look forward to providing you with grief support and information.
- We are currently taking NEW Telehealth clients and accept most insurances. For details on insurance coverage options, please visit our blog post Virtual Counseling: Insurance Companies Respond.
- Our licensed therapists offer Telehealth appointments through interactive video conferencing in the comfort of your own home.
- The software our therapists use for videoconferencing is a safe, confidential, and HIPPA compliant platform called Theranest.
- As a client, the only technology you need is a smartphone, tablet, or a personal computer. You will also want to ensure you have a private, safe, and uninterrupted space to meet for the 45 minute session.

Here is a quick video with information presented by Britt Cowart, Grief Services Director here at Full Circle, explaining the process in more detail.
